Victoria has been running her cake business since 2006.

 After deciding to run a business from home to be around her children,Victoria obtained her Sugarcraft Diploma (ABC) from Highbury College in Portsmouth.

For the past 6 years, operating as Let Them Eat Cake, Victoria has been providing celebration cakes and cupcakes in the South Coast of England, and she has taught Cake Decoration for 3 years, both privately and through a local college in Horndean, Hampshire, UK.

In January 2012, Victoria moved to Sydney, Australia and now offers private cake tutoring and workshops in her home, or any venue you wish! Choose from the various options of classes or contact Victoria to have something tailored to your needs!

 In 2010, Victoria made it through the finals of the UK National Cupcake Championships. And was runner up in UK Magazine "Woman and Home" Cupcake competition.

In August 2011, Victoria was thrilled to win Best Presented Cupcake of the Year at the Uk National Cupcake Championships. A competition judged by UK cake greats Peggy Porschen, Eric Lanlard and Lily Vanilli!
